Start of week 5 for me today, after 3 nights out last week and a rather tasty hangover yesterday I am very pleased to step on the scales to see I’ve stayed the same! 8lb loss in 4 weeks, and eating 3 x 3 course meals last week is pretty good going. Thanks Danny for helping me through it!!

End of week 2 check in, another 2lbs down bringing the total to 6lbs so far. It was a tough end of the week and some bad choices were made, but I reset the following day and got straight back on plan.

So far so good. I’ve definitely leaned out a bit, the scales are showing 2kg down which is fantastic! Leg measurements are the same but I don’t mind that with the weight lifting. This plan is certainly ticking the boxes thank you! 

I started off around the 12st 9lbs mark and as of yesterday I was 12st 3lbs. Dead chuffed with the results so far and I can really tell a difference in my energy and mood! On to the next hole in the belt buckle too! Back on it again this week and hopefully get down towards that 12st mark. 

This weekend has been naughty due to birthday celebrations but I love that I now know how to allow for this and not feel bad for it!! Thank you Danny for clearing up how to manage my diet without constantly feeling bad and yo-yo dieting!!

I’ve enjoyed week 1 and can honestly say I’ve not been hungry at any point! Had a variety of foods including my cheeky takeaway last night. After week 1 I’ve lost 4lb, yay!
