Physiological Testing

With an MSc in Sports Physiology, Danny can assess your fitness levels through a variety of physiological testing methods to collect accurate performance and metabolism data. Tests include VO2max, resting metabolic rate (RMR), lactate profiling, hydration monitoring, body composition assessments and health screening. All data will be used to design and implement tailored nutrition strategies to maximise your health and performance. Testing equipment is completely mobile and can be performed at your preferred facility.
