1. Blend the banana, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder and protein powder until smooth.

2. Heat a frying pan with 1/2 tsp. coconut oil, and add mixture to make as many in one go as possible.

3. Flip each pancake and re-add 1/2 tsp. coconut oil for each lot of pancakes.

4. Stack them up and serve.


Serving suggestions: 
- 0% Greek yoghurt & berries for lower calorie, high protein, fat loss.
- Honey & fruits for extra carbohydrates to fuel training/recovery
- Dark chocolate/nuts & seeds/nut butter for extra fats to increase calories (hard training, weight gain).
