Protein Pancakes Cooking Method

Ingredients for a Protein Pancake

  1. Blend the banana, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder and protein powder until smooth.
  2. Heat a frying pan with 1/4 tsp. coconut oil, and add the mixture to make as 2-3 at a time.
  3. Flip each pancake and re-add 1/4 tsp. coconut oil for each lot of pancakes.
    Serve with a choice of Greek yoghurt, berries, honey, dark chocolate & nuts/seeds.

1 banana

2 eggs

1 scoop whey protein (can be made without)

Tsp. coconut oil or cooking spray

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
