Method
- Blend the banana, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder and protein powder until smooth.
- Heat a frying pan with 1/4 tsp. coconut oil, and add the mixture to make as 2-3 at a time.
- Flip each pancake and re-add 1/4 tsp. coconut oil for each lot of pancakes.
Serve with a choice of Greek yoghurt, berries, honey, dark chocolate & nuts/seeds.
